Diana Gadaldi

Diana Gadaldi (°1984, Milan, Italy) studied Visual Art at Liceo Artistico Statale di Brera (Milan, Italy), then obtained a MA in Art History and a Postgraduate in Art Management from Ghent University (Ghent, Belgium). Her professional career so far includes experience as a curator (MARTa Herford Museum in Herford, Germany; Lara Pan’s New Art Project; Coloma Art Center in Brussels, Belgium), gallery assistant (Absolute Art Gallery in Knokke&Bruges, Belgium), and communication & community engagement expert in the non-for-profit art sector (Brussels Biennial in Brussels, Belgium; vzw Kunst in Schore, Belgium; Intersection for the Arts in San Francisco, CA). Based in the San Francisco Bay Area since November 2012, Diana is currently exploring new professional possibilities as a freelance writer (Oakland Museum of California in Oakland, CA; Droste Effect Magazine in Bologna, Italy).
